I allow LSB to share this information with the DepEd Verifier, credit investigation company, collection agency and fraud prevention agency to facilitate my loan application/ loan renewal or updating of my loan accounts or report cross-reference information to credit bureaus. I am aware that information will be kept in store by LSB for a period required by law. I express my consent under the Republic Act. No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

I allow LSB to share my personal data with various unit within Legazpi Savings Bank and parent bank and affiliates in order to better understand the way to use their products and services. Member-Get-Member (MGM) Program

By participating in the LSB Member-Get-Member (MGM) Program you consent to disclose your nominated bank account details for the purpose of crediting your cash incentive.
